Writing Update

I have been so busy trying to get everything on this site back up and running that I haven’t been making any writing updates lately.

I have a first draft of One of the Guys done. I need to edit. I need to work on a cover. I need to get ARCs available because I want to be able to release in December, before I get too busy with tax season.

However, as soon as I finished One of the Guys, I had a brilliant idea for the next book, Dying to Fit In, so I have been scribbling out ideas for that. I have the prologue finished, and ideas for the first few chapters.

Also, like the rest of the world, I am struggling to find times to work while my children are home doing school virtually. I have to be tech support. I have to be a teacher. I am constantly being torn away from my own work to help with theirs.

We are two months in, and I still haven’t gotten the hang of time management. And of course, our school district recently announced that we are remaining virtual through at least January. I am hoping we can get kids back to school in time for me to go back to work, but it is not looking promising.
